Project Description
The Godfrey Hotel, a boutique hotel in the epicenter of trendy River North Chicago, was designed with style and luxury in mind. From the cubist inspired façade to the staggered truss post-tension design, the entire hotel is design focused. From the fourth floor, a stunning roofscape yields uninterrupted views of the southern Chicago skyline. The 15,000 square foot rooftop space, home to an indoor/outdoor bar is available for events year-round and includes panoramic views, a fire pit, shimmering water features, a video wall, and retractable roof.
The foundation of this chic space was created using Bison Versadjust Pedestals and 2x4 Smooth Ipê Wood Tiles for the deck surface. The 2x4 wood tiles compliment the modern aesthetics of the space and set the contemporary look allowing for other modern elements such as over-sized lamp lighting and posh seating, perfect for sipping drinks at the outdoor bar with a commanding view of Chicago.
