Project Description
Many consider Rhode Island to be the epicenter of the marine industry in the Northeast. One of the most scenic ports for exploring New England is the Brown & Howard Wharf which includes some of the most iconic architecture in Rhode Island. Overlooking Newport’s picturesque harbor, the luxurious Vanderbilt Condos have been a success since their completion. The waterfront condos have inspiring views from the balcony decks and a state-of-the-art private marina where residences can dock their private boats. The exclusive condo units are exquisitely furnished with multiple balconies.
The balcony decks were finished with double length Bison 2x4 Smooth Ipê Wood Tiles supported by adjustable Bison Level. It Pedestals. The hardwood tiles nicely complement the complex’s other luxury materials exhibited throughout the building amenities. The durability of the hardwood allows the tiles to maintain their strength, even in harsh marine environments such as the wharf. The pedestal system allows water to drain from the balconies without damaging the underlying structure, prolonging the life of the multi-million-dollar complex.
